1. General and definitions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the website meirfodor.com and all of its pages (the “Website”), operated by Meir Fodor (the “Owner”).

1.2. “User” means any person who browses or otherwise uses the Website.

1.3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A User who does not accept these Terms, in whole or in part, may not use the Website.

2.1. All content on the Website, including musical works, recordings, photographs, drawings, texts, illustrations, the drawn objects, the design, the logo and the Website’s code (the “Content”), is the work and property of the Owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.2. The User may view and listen to the Content on the Website for personal use only.

2.3. The Content may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, altered or otherwise used, including by incorporating it into another work, without the Owner’s prior written consent.

3. Licensing

3.1. A license to a musical work (beat) or to any other Content shall be granted only under a separate written agreement between the Owner and the licensee, and on its terms alone.

4. Information on the Website

4.1. The Website presents the Owner’s work and fields of activity. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, a commitment or a representation regarding any work, terms or price.

4.2. Any engagement to carry out work shall be made under a separate agreement.

5. Prohibited use

5.1. The Website may not be used in any way that interferes with its proper operation, including the use of automated tools to collect Content, attempts to access the Website’s systems without authorization, or any unlawful use.

6. Third-party links and services

6.1. The Website contains links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The Owner is not responsible for the content, availability or operation of these services, and their use is subject to their own terms.
