Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. General and definitions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the website meirfodor.com and all of its pages (the “Website”), operated by Meir Fodor (the “Owner”).

1.2. “User” means any person who browses or otherwise uses the Website.

1.3. “Personal Information” means information about an identified or identifiable person, as defined in the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

1.4. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this Policy. A User who does not accept this Policy, in whole or in part, may not use the Website.

2. Information collected on the Website

2.1. The Website has no registration, no user accounts and no forms. The Website does not ask Users to provide Personal Information.

2.2. Technical information: the Website’s hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps short-lived technical records of each request to the Website, including IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request. These records are used to secure the Website and keep it operating properly.

2.3. Statistical information: subject to the User’s consent, as set out in Section 3, information about the use of the Website is collected.

3. Cookies and analytics

3.1. The Website may use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to measure visits: the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how the User reached the Website. For this purpose the service stores cookies in the User’s browser.

3.2. The service is activated only after the User has given consent in the cookie notice. If no consent is given, no analytics cookies are stored and no information is sent to Google.

3.3. The User may change this choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies from the browser.

3.4. The User’s choice is stored in the User’s own browser only.

4. Contacting the Owner

4.1. The Website contains links for contacting the Owner through WhatsApp, email and Instagram. Following such a link takes the User to the relevant external service. Information the User provides there is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

4.2. Information the Owner receives in the course of such contact will be used only for handling that contact.

5. Disclosure to third parties

5.1. The Owner does not sell Personal Information and does not disclose it to third parties, except to the service providers named in this Policy to the extent required to operate the Website, or where required by law or court order.

5.2. Service providers may process information outside Israel, in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Security

6.1. The Owner takes reasonable measures to secure the Website. The Owner cannot, however, guarantee complete immunity from intrusion or unauthorized use.

7. User rights

7.1. Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, a User may review Personal Information held about them, and request that it be corrected or deleted if it is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date.

7.2. Such requests shall be sent to meirfodor@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1. The Owner may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, with the date of the update at its top.

9. Contact

9.1. Questions about this Policy may be sent to the Owner at meirfodor@gmail.com.
